In the past, I have experienced a similar situation where the sales consultant talked me out of the showroom vehicle because it would be a lower transaction price and too much effort to move the vehicle out of the showroom… But not Ken. He took care of my request without any hesitation, so that we could take it for a test drive. We ended up buying this vehicle at the end of the day as it was exactly what we needed as a family vehicle but with all the extras you expect to have in a luxury performance model. Ken took care of us with kindness and respect. This is what made the difference in comparison to other dealerships. Much appreciation and thank you Ken.
